Place all the enclosed files in a subdirectory (off the root directory of your hard drive). Make an offline copy of the ZIP file as a backup in case of catastrophe.
Install NOTEBOOK.EXE in a program group according to the directions in your Windows 3.1 manual.
Should you already have a copy of BWCC.DLL on your system's PATH then please retain the newer (see file date) copy, discarding the one from this distribution if you already have a newer one. Do the same in the future if you add to installed programs.
All directions for using this program are in the NoteBook Help file accessible from the Help Menu in the running program.
Alternatively, use the file NOTEBOOK.NTB. This is a Notebook exactly like one you would create using the program:
Start the program.
Select Files|Open.
Select NOTEBOOK.NTB.
Select Notes|Show.
Select Introduction and read it.
Continue to select Notes|Show and successive Notes to read them.
